Rules For Spacecraft[]

Here are some rules for spacecraft in the roleplay to keep things balanced.

  1. The more ships, the worse the crew members. If you have more ships, you're going to need more crew members which you have to recruit quickly and will not be well-trained.
  2. The bigger the ship, the bigger and tougher but slower of a target. Big ships are definitely the #1 target in combat, so if you have massive ships at every battle you're pretty much screwed. This work in the opposite direction as well, allowing you to make scout vessels quicker than any other but the slightest dent would put them out of commission. Size has no bearing on weapon quality though bigger ships get more weapon slots. Those with superweapons need the size to fit them too...
  3. If you want a giant armada of giant ships then your empire is strategically-challenged.
  4. The more fighter craft, the worse the pilots.
